Technical Skills
- Basic programming knowledge, with Python as a plus
- Interest in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or Data Engineering
- Data collection, research, or software development experience is helpful but not required
Language Skills
- Strong Dzongkha reading and writing
- Fluent Tshangla speaking
- Strong English reading and writing
- Language & Literature or Linguistics background is encouraged

- Collect and organize datasets
- Annotate speech, text, and image data
- Research state-of-the-art AI models
- Prepare datasets for Speech AI, OCR, and Vision models
- Evaluate and improve dataset quality
- Collaborate with the NoMind AI research team
